Tam Tam has amassed over 30 years of experience in the music industry as a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer. By the age of 14, she had begun honing her songwriting skills in Reggae, and at 16, she recorded her first vocals on the Jungle music track West of Britain, produced by 1.8.7., also featuring Digable Planets.
At 17, performing as Minx, she joined the Pittsburgh-based Wizdom Worldbeat Reggae Band as a keyboardist and sing-jay. Simultaneously, she hosted Reggae Panorama, interviewing renowned artists such as Capleton, Shabba Ranks, Maxi Priest, Judy Mowatt, and Sugar Minott.
At 19, Tam Tam moved to Brooklyn, New York. As Minx, she toured internationally, performing across the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. Notable performances included events in Germany, Jamaica, the UK, and Japan, as well as iconic NYC venues such as The Cutting Room, S.O.B.’s, and BB King’s House of Blues.

Tam Tam returned to music in 2019 under her new moniker, marking the beginning of a new creative chapter rooted in personal transformation and spiritual growth. Her evolving sound blends Ethereal, Pop, Reggae, World Music, EDM, Afrobeats, and Trap into a genre-defying musical experience. Inspired by her practice of yoga, meditation, and the pursuit of higher consciousness, Tam Tam’s lyrics explore themes of self-discovery, inner peace, resilience, love, and enlightenment. Through her music, she seeks to uplift, inspire, and encourage listeners to connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them.
